Terms and Conditions for confirmed booking

To provide you with the best possible service we need to apply the following terms and conditions:

Payment by the Client

  • The agreed fee for the Services is as shown on the service and rate page.
  • A 25% deposits can be made by Venmo or PayPal directly to Therapist and are due 48 hours prior to the booking date or immediately if the booking date is less than 48 hours away. If deposit is not received by 48 hours of the booking date, the booking will be cancelled. Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is made. Please make a 25% deposit to information below:
  • Venmo Name: Renlysa. or PayPal to x[email protected] (must include fee) 
  • Any changes to the Agreed Hours or Services requested once payment has been made and the booking confirmation has been received may affect the agreed fee. Additional fees will be invoiced and payment requested on receipt of invoice. Any refunds due will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 days subject minus any fee may applied.
  • For recurring bookings, the Agreed Fee is the fee payable per calendar month. Payment for the first month is due 48 hours prior to the booking date or immediately if the booking date is less than 48 hours away.
  • For Advanced paid sessions no refund will be provided if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours, you may rescheduled only.
  • Individuals should pay their proportion of the fee in advance directly to the therapist or directly to the Client, whichever has been agreed in advance with the Healing Suite Massage Therapy
  • Any outstanding amount will be invoiced to the Client for immediate payment as per clause.

Cancellations, No Shows, and Late Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a confirmed booking 
  • Cancellations at appointment time  at less than 3 hours prior is considered no show.
  • No shows will forfeit all deposits and will require full amount deposit to rebook no exceptions.
  • No shows for a prepaid booking will be accounted for the booked sessions no exceptions.
  • If you cancelled a confirmed booking less than 24 hours you will require to deposit full amount for next appointment. Deposits will be forfeited no refunds but you may reschedule up to two times limit with a full deposit. A full deposit will be forfeited after 2 rescheduled booking.  
  • If you are running late for your service and therapists are required to wait more than 15 minutes, sessions will need to reschedule, no exceptions. Please arrive 10 minutes early for intake and prep time. 

Cash on the Day

  • A cash deposit can be made at location for next appointment with an electronic receipt emailed to you. You may print for your own record
  • If paying Cash on the day we recommend that you have correct amount, as therapist do not carry change.
  • Please note we do not accept credit card payment on the day of Service
  • Venmo, CASH app, and PayPal are accepted please include all fees.
  • We are green, all receipts will be emailed automatically unless we have technical problems.  

Gift Voucher and Promotions

  • *terms and conditions* Specials are subject to change without notice. Valid for new clients only unless stated. Cannot combine promotional offer. In-house only purchase for Gift Vouchers. Correct cash change required. Credit or Debit cards are not accepted for gift voucher.
  • Must book and complete session by valid date. Appointments required by email or online booking through website. All standard policy above applies. Accept Cash only on day of appointment prior to start of session or appointment will be reschedule.
